You are a migrant and have problems with government agencies, your landlord or your employer? You have received a letter and do not understand the content or do not know how to respond? Perhaps you have other difficulties and do not really know what to do in this foreign country?
Our counselling centre can be the first place for you. We will try to help you and, if we cannot, we will tell you where and how to get the assistance you need.
We advise
- Asylum seekers (our main focus!) and other refugees
- Late German repatriates, their children and other family members
- Jewish immigrants
- Foreign family members of German citizens
- All other migrants
Our staff speak German, English, Russian, Turkish, Azerbaijani.
Our helpers can also assist you in other languages.
We work with lawyers (they also offer advice at our centre), government agencies, other counselling centres as well as other organisations and institutions.
